Términos de servicio

Al crear una cuenta o usar Englark-RPG (la app y esta web) aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.

1. El servicio

Englark-RPG es un juego de rol online, actualmente gratuito, creado y mantenido por Englard. Podemos modificar, ampliar o retirar funciones, equilibrar el juego (niveles, precios, recompensas) o reiniciar rankings cuando sea necesario para su buen funcionamiento.

2. Tu cuenta

  • Debes tener al menos 14 años para crear una cuenta.
  • Debes darnos un email válido y mantener tu contraseña en secreto. Eres responsable de lo que ocurra desde tu cuenta.
  • Una persona, una cuenta: no está permitido crear cuentas adicionales para obtener ventajas.
  • Puedes eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras (ver la política de privacidad).

3. Uso aceptable

Está prohibido:

  • Hacer trampas: bots, scripts, automatizaciones, explotar errores del juego o alterar la app o las comunicaciones con el servidor.
  • Intentar acceder a cuentas ajenas, atacar o sobrecargar el servicio, o probar sus límites de seguridad.
  • Elegir nombres de jugador o clan ofensivos, discriminatorios, que suplanten a otra persona o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.
  • Acosar, insultar o amenazar a otros jugadores, o publicar en el chat contenido de odio, sexual, ilegal, publicidad, enlaces, spam o datos personales (tuyos o de otros).
  • Vender, comprar o intercambiar cuentas, objetos u oro del juego por dinero real fuera del propio juego.

4. Objetos y moneda virtual

El oro, los objetos, las mascotas y demás elementos del juego son virtuales, no tienen valor monetario, no se pueden canjear por dinero y no son de tu propiedad: son una licencia de uso limitada dentro del juego.

Diamantes y compras dentro de la app. Los diamantes se pueden conseguir jugando o comprarlos con dinero real a través de Google Play. El precio final, con impuestos, es el que muestra Google Play antes de pagar, y el cobro lo realiza Google. Los diamantes son contenido digital que se entrega al momento: al comprar, aceptas su entrega inmediata y reconoces que pierdes el derecho de desistimiento (art. 103.m del Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores). Los reembolsos se solicitan a Google Play según su política; si se reembolsa una compra, se retiran de la cuenta los diamantes correspondientes. Los diamantes no se pueden transferir, vender ni canjear por dinero, y no se devuelven si la cuenta se suspende por incumplir estos términos.

5. Suspensión y cancelación

El chat tiene filtros automáticos, se puede reportar y bloquear a otros jugadores, y los administradores pueden borrar mensajes y silenciar a quien incumpla las normas. Podemos advertir, suspender o eliminar cuentas que incumplan estos términos, con o sin aviso previo según la gravedad, y revertir ganancias obtenidas de forma indebida. Los nombres de jugador y de clan pueden denunciarse desde la app; los que resulten ofensivos o inapropiados podrán ser cambiados o eliminados por el administrador. También podemos cerrar el servicio; en ese caso intentaremos avisar con antelación razonable.

6. Propiedad intelectual

El juego, su código, imágenes, textos, nombre y logotipo pertenecen a su titular o se usan con autorización. No puedes copiarlos, modificarlos ni distribuirlos, salvo lo que permita la ley.

7. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

El servicio se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantía de disponibilidad continua ni de que esté libre de errores; puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o causas ajenas. En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de pérdidas indirectas derivadas del uso del juego (por ejemplo, pérdida de progreso por un fallo). Nada de lo aquí dicho limita los derechos que la ley reconoce a los consumidores.

El tratamiento de tus datos se explica en la política de privacidad.

9. Cambios en los términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente aquí con su fecha; seguir usando el servicio tras un cambio implica aceptarlo.

10. Ley aplicable y contacto

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia. Contacto: englark.rpg@gmail.com.

By creating an account or using Englark-RPG (the app and this website) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Englark-RPG is an online role-playing game, currently free, created and maintained by Englard. We may change, extend or remove features, rebalance the game (levels, prices, rewards) or reset rankings when needed for it to work properly.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide a valid email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens from your account.
  • One person, one account: creating extra accounts to gain advantages is not allowed.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).

3. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to:

  • Cheat: bots, scripts, automation, exploiting game bugs, or tampering with the app or its communication with the server.
  • Try to access other people’s accounts, attack or overload the service, or probe its security limits.
  • Choose offensive or discriminatory player or clan names, names that impersonate someone else, or that infringe third-party rights.
  • Harass, insult or threaten other players, or post hate, sexual or illegal content, advertising, links, spam or personal data (yours or anyone else’s) in the chat.
  • Sell, buy or trade accounts, items or in-game gold for real money outside the game.

4. Items and virtual currency

Gold, items, pets and other in-game elements are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property: they are a limited license to use inside the game.

Diamonds and in-app purchases. Diamonds can be earned by playing or bought with real money through Google Play. The final price, including taxes, is the one shown by Google Play before you pay, and Google processes the payment. Diamonds are digital content delivered immediately: by buying, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Refunds are requested from Google Play under its policy; if a purchase is refunded, the corresponding diamonds are removed from the account. Diamonds cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and are not returned if the account is suspended for breaching these terms.

5. Suspension and termination

The chat has automatic filters, you can report and block other players, and administrators can delete messages and mute anyone who breaks the rules. We may warn, suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity, and revert gains obtained improperly. Player and clan names can be reported from the app; names found to be offensive or inappropriate may be changed or removed by the administrator. We may also shut the service down; in that case we will try to give reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The game, its code, images, texts, name and logo belong to its owner or are used with permission. You may not copy, modify or distribute them, except as permitted by law.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or of being error-free; interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the game (for example, loss of progress due to a fault). Nothing here limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version will be published here with its date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and contact
